By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
TradesPro Digital provides the following services to UK tradespeople and businesses:
Specific services and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.
Our payment terms are transparent and client-friendly:
You only pay once your website is fully completed and you approve the final version. No upfront fees required.
Deposits may be requested for large or multi-page projects. Deposit payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
For larger projects, we may agree on alternative payment structures:
All invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless agreed otherwise.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP). As TradesPro Digital is not VAT-registered, VAT is not charged on any services.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, or other agreed methods.
We include reasonable revisions within the agreed scope of work. Major design changes or additional features beyond the original brief may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Project timelines will be agreed upon at the start of each project. We strive to meet all deadlines, but timelines may be affected by delays in receiving content, feedback, or approvals from the client.
The project scope, deliverables, and specifications will be documented and agreed upon before work begins. Any changes to scope will be discussed and may result in adjusted pricing and timelines.
To ensure timely and successful project completion, clients are responsible for:
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional charges.
TradesPro Digital commits to:
You retain full ownership of all content, text, images, logos, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of delivering your project.
Upon full payment, you will own the final website design, custom graphics, and deliverables created specifically for your project. However:
Stock images, fonts, icons, and other third-party assets used in your project are subject to their respective licenses. We will ensure all assets are properly licensed for your use.
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our proprietary code, frameworks, or reusable components.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
Note: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Either party may terminate the agreement under the following circumstances:
You may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. You will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date. Deposits and payments already made are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if:
Upon termination, we will provide you with all completed work and files. Any outstanding payments must be settled within 14 days.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Since payment is only required after you approve the final website, refunds are not applicable. You only pay when you're 100% satisfied.
Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before work begins, deposits may be refunded at our discretion.
Monthly retainers and ongoing service fees are non-refundable. You may cancel ongoing services with 30 days' written notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We encourage resolving any disputes amicably through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For active projects, existing agreements will remain under the Terms agreed upon at project commencement.
